Disgusting area.

The hotel area was fairly clean, the room was nicely decorated and updated. All the staff were top-class, caring. Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room with microwave, fridge, it worked well for me. I came here for 4 nights and had a really really nice stay.

Room was well arranged & comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly.

Great spacious rooms, clean building and great breakfast. Family loved the pool/water slide.

The water slide is a no brainer if you've got children! We actually had a blast going down it as well! :) the shuttle van from the Bridgeport Metro North Station was a lifesaver as we didn't have a car. The staff was very accommodating and our infant slept great in the crib they provided.

Our room never got cleaned and the pool water was looking quite murky..

The Breakfast was hot and they had the real fruit mix. Not to mention plenty fruits on hand.

The elevators were very slow for some reason .

I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn in Shelton, the staff was very friendly. The services I recieved was excellent. I thought Peter, the person that checked me in and out of Hampton Inn, was efficient, friendly, and courteous and Teresa the pool attendant was awesome. I went to celebrate my daughter's birthday and had 9 girls under 10, so their cooperation and friendly attitude made this event very pleasurable. Thank you

The employees and the room were great.

The only issues we were the carpet was wet and we had a critter in our bed.

Breakfast was very good compared to other places we've stayed. Surprisingly nice drive from Rt. 34 north toward 95.

Very clean from the lobby to the buffet area & the room too.. Beds were comfortable and had great quilts on them. Plenty of pillows. Nice bathroom area. I liked the room offered a coffee pot, mini refrigerator and microwave that was available. Great pool with a slide. WiFi free and we all used it.

We were told the Shelton location had a roll away bed/cot. When we arrived they said "no". The price was high for a week day but we were attending a wake & funeral and the location is an easy on & off from Route 8.

the lobby was so fresh and clean. awesome people on the reception desk , the room it's extra clean The bed is so fresh amazing, my kids loved the pool . I could see people working very hard to keep that shape. I was on the fourth floor , you can sleep all day if you want, no noise so quiet

The kids loved the pool and water slide. Plus, we were so close to Beardsley Zoo, a must-visit spot where we had the chance to see some amazing animals. Having a spacious room made it easy for us to relax as a family, and being able to bring our pet along was the cherry on top!

My kids wished there were more breakfast options for them.

The king size bedroom, when you wake up, its facing the mirror and there is no enough clearance from the bed and odd shaped bathroom.

I like the room and the bed was very nice.

No hot tub.
